Home & Well Hubs – Sway

In partnership with SGN, we will be holding Home and Well Hubs across the county, offering information, support and advice on how to save money and keep warm this winter. Meet other carers in your area, enjoy a warm lunch and activities, you can also bring the person you care for with you. Get debt support and advice to make sure you’re receiving what you’re entitled to Priority Services Register – are you signed up to get support if there’s a power cut or gas leak?
